Over a decade ago, Romie was studying in the UK — far from Seoul, but never far from questions about it. Friends kept asking: "I'm going to Korea — which clinic should I go to?"
Rather than guessing, Romie started researching properly. Membership forums. Clinic staff communities. Patient review databases. Doctor credentials. Malpractice records. She built a picture of Seoul's aesthetic landscape that most people — even living in Seoul — simply didn't have.
I wasn't just recommending clinics. I was making sure my friends wouldn't become a cautionary tale.
Living in Seoul — the epicentre of K-beauty — Romie stayed close to every new treatment and development. Korean friends asked her too. Which procedure, which doctor, which clinic. Her knowledge and network grew together.

Care is designed for skin treatment patients — lasers, injectables, facials. It includes a 1:1 coordinator, clinic and doctor matching, Sisumate on treatment day, and a 1-week follow-up.
Premium Care is for surgical patients (typically ₩10,000,000 / ~$7,500 USD and above). It includes everything in Care, plus airport pickup, pharmacy accompaniment with medication costs covered, and a higher level of personal support. Both are completely free for patients.
A Sisumate is your dedicated companion on treatment or surgery day — your interpreter, carer, and emotional supporter all in one. They accompany you to the clinic, interpret in real time, explain every procedure, advocate for your comfort, and make sure you never feel alone.

We aim to respond within 24 hours — and usually much sooner. WhatsApp tends to be the fastest. Once you're working with a coordinator, they are your direct point of contact throughout your entire journey.

You pay the clinic directly for your treatment. Glowup Seoul does not handle any treatment payments. Our concierge service is free — we are paid by our partner clinics separately as part of a standard referral arrangement.
No. Our service does not increase the price you pay. The clinics set their own prices, and our referral arrangement is factored into their existing marketing budget — not added on top of what you pay.
